Cheddar Biscuits Like Red Lobsters!
I have found this brand a few different places such as marc's and a few of the bread outlet stores.
Follow the recipe on the back, but I like to add a little more grated or shredded cheddar and lightly brush melted butter, or garlic butter over the top about half way through cooking to make it crispy and tasty just like you were sitting at the restaurant! Yum!

You will need:
1 Bag Red Skin Potatoes washed
1/2 Block Cream Cheese
2 cups Shredded Cheddar
1/4 Stick Butter

Spray a medium size bowl with baking spray and pour cheese mixture into it. Set aside to cool.
After potatoes have cooled, cut them in half and scrape out some of the insides. Make sure to leave enough potato to hold the structure, but take out enough to leave room for the cheese & bacon.
Scoop a spoonful of mixture (or two;) ) into the potato skins.
Cut up bacon and press into the cheese to make sure it does not fall off. Refrigerate for an hour, or until it all sets up.
Divide up into freezer bags for later if not eating now.
when ready to serve place on baking sheet and cook for about 10 min at 400 degrees.
Freezer Biscuits like the Pillsbury kind. Makes about 36 biscuits
You will need:
Baking mix like bisquick, or a like brand 40oz or 2 lb.
2 3/4 cup Milk (maybe a small amount more)
Flour to roll dough in
You want to add a the entire 40 oz of mix with 2 3/4 cups milk, a little more or less depending on the consistency you like of your biscuits.
Mix well until a nice dough ball, but not to much or your dough will become tough.
roll out onto a well floured surface.
Cut into desired size biscuits using a biscuit cutter or the top of a drinking glass.
reassemble the dough to make as many biscuits as you can.
Put two biscuits into a fold top sandwich bag. Fold bag in half, and in half again to separate biscuits. This will keep the biscuits separate when they freeze and make it easy to use them later.
You can then place them all in a large freezer bag for when you want to take some out to use.

French Bread Bowls like the kind from Bakers Square

Mix well, add remaining flour until mixed, It will be slightly sticky, flour a surface to knead the bread on, make a nice tight ball. Coat ball with olive oil, put into a bowl to rise for one hour. Once the dough has doubled in size cut into four equal parts and re roll each into its own ball. Cover again and let them rise for an additional 30 min.
