Kit includes 3 CFL 100 watt light bulbs, 2 CFL 75 watt light bulbs, 4 CFL 60 watt light bulbs, a "smart" power strip with surge protector, 2 LED night lights, and a furnace whistle which lets you know when the filters need to be changed. I called and got mine Saturday, one per household and you need to either supply your electric bill account, or last name and zip code to look up your address. They will as you a couple questions about your heating and water heater. that's it, no more than 5 min of your time!
